Todowing

Todowing is an unofficial Chrome extension for Todoist. Todoist flattens sub-tasks in the Today, Upcoming, Filter and Label views. Todowing shows each task's sub-task tree inline in those views and in boards, up to four levels deep. Each row shows its due date, priority and labels, and you can complete or reopen sub-tasks straight from the list.

The free version also includes seven colour palettes and a text-size slider from 85% to 200%. Paid features add adding, renaming and reordering sub-tasks from the row, a hide-done toggle, filing a task under a parent in another project, focus sessions with time estimates, a notes pad above Today, a font picker with 50 Google Fonts, and read-only Apple Calendar events on Today.

Todowing is for Todoist users who break work into sub-tasks and want to see them in date and filter views. It works with any Todoist plan in the Todoist web app on Chrome. The Todoist desktop app isn't supported.

Privacy: your Todoist API token stays in your browser and goes only to the official Todoist API. Your tasks never touch Todowing's servers, and the extension has no analytics or tracking.
